Google user data
This page supplements our privacy notice for people who connect a Google calendar to braddl Notes.
Limited Use
braddl Notes' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy and the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
What braddl Notes reads
braddl Notes asks Google for read-only access to your calendar events and for your account identifier. It reads your upcoming meetings, and only these fields: the title, the date and time, the attendees' names and email addresses, and the link to join. It uses them to list your meetings, to let you choose which ones braddl Notes joins, and to name a meeting and its participants correctly in its summary.
AI models
The summaries are written by an AI model that braddl hosts and operates itself, on its own servers in Luxembourg. The title and the attendees' names from your Google calendar are processed by that model on our servers only: they are never sent to the model's original provider or to any other AI service, and braddl Notes uses no third-party AI service. Neither your Google user data nor anything derived from it is used to create, train or improve any AI or machine learning model, ours or anyone else's.
Storage, protection and deletion
How this data is stored, protected, withdrawn and deleted is set out in our privacy notice, which applies in full.
